Refunds on receipt of custom commissions, and for experiential digital products and events are not possible; thank you for understanding. Refunds on physical products are possible within 30 days from the date of purchase if they are returned in original re-sellable condition. Otherwise replacement or exchanges are preferred wherever possible. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please allow up to 2 weeks delivery for products in stock. For pre-orders, 6-8 weeks for delivery.
